## Subscribing to incidents

From the status page you can subscribe via email, SMS, or RSS to be notified of incidents the moment we open them.

## Reporting an issue you don't see

If you're seeing a problem that isn't reflected on the status page, please email [support@loyalty.dog](mailto:support@loyalty.dog) with:

* A timestamp (UTC) of when you first observed the issue.
* The endpoint affected.
* A representative request and response (with secrets redacted).
