# Eposnow

> Connect Eposnow terminals to your LoyaltyDog loyalty program.

The LoyaltyDog Eposnow integration ties Eposnow POS transactions into your LoyaltyDog program.

## What it does

* Awards points when an Eposnow sale completes.
* Looks up customers by phone or email.
* Issues, redeems, and consolidates LoyaltyDog gift cards from the Eposnow terminal.

## Install

1. From the Eposnow AppStore, install **LoyaltyDog**.
2. Authorize the integration to read transactions.
3. In the LoyaltyDog dashboard, link your Eposnow account to a LoyaltyDog program.

## Configuration

| Setting                 | Required | Description                                    |
| ----------------------- | -------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| Eposnow API key         | Yes      | Generated in your Eposnow back office          |
| Program ID              | Yes      | LoyaltyDog program to credit                   |
| Customer match priority | No       | Choose `phone` or `email` for the lookup order |

## Troubleshooting

* **Transactions not syncing** — Confirm the Eposnow API key has read permission on transactions.
* **Customer not matching** — Eposnow customers must have a phone number or email that matches a LoyaltyDog customer in the linked program.
